Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

- Items not in their original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
